Delete your Parkdex account.

Request deletion by email. You do not need to install the Android app.

Send the request

Email contact@nathanpannell.com from the address you used for Parkdex, if you can. If you have lost access to that address, explain that in your message. Do not send your password.

What happens next

  1. Identify the account. Include the email address you used for Parkdex and say that you want the account deleted.
  2. Verify ownership. Nathan checks that the request comes from the account owner before acting on it.
  3. Receive confirmation. Nathan fulfills the request and replies when it is complete, or explains what still needs to be resolved.

What is deleted

Account deletion is permanent. It removes your Parkdex account, sign-in sessions, connected sign-in records, handle, flags, badges, friendships, saved collections, visits, any crew memberships or visit photos from earlier versions of the app, and associated photo records. Parks you founded stay on the map without your name or cover photo.

Private photo files are deleted from storage. If storage deletion fails, a record remains so that cleanup can be retried. We will not describe unfinished photo cleanup as complete.

Separate guest history, downloaded or shared copies, and copies on offline devices are outside this account deletion. Server request records stay until they are 90 days old, analytics already sent to PostHog and feedback you sent are not deleted, and limited network-security records and provider backups or logs may remain. Read the retention details.

The waitlist is separate

Deleting a Parkdex account does not manage the Android launch email. To review or remove a waitlist address, use About your email on the Parkdex home page.
