Do not send your password. Include photos or location details only if they are needed to explain the issue.

• Joining the Android beta

  Join the Parkdex Testers group with the Google account you use in the Play Store, then open the Parkdex testing link, choose Become a tester, and install from Google Play. The test is available in Canada. Internal testers should leave the internal test before opting in. See the steps.

• App Store waitlist

  The waitlist is separate from a Parkdex account. Remove a waitlist email from About your email on the home page. This also clears the earlier Android beta list.

• Account deletion

  Request account deletion, including help if you can no longer sign in.

• Privacy

  Read how Parkdex handles your information, including accounts, visits, location, photos and the waitlist.
